Warhammer: 40K - Astra Militarum: Commissar

The countless billions of human soldiers who form the ranks of the Astra Militarum defend the Imperium of Man from swarms of enemies bent on its destruction. Despite all that is set against them the Imperial Guard, as they are otherwise known, use deadly war machines and rely on the courage of their guardsmen to shield humanity. The primary fighting force of the Imperium, the Astra Militarum is so numerous in size that no one can place a figure on the number of Guardsmen filling its ranks. The lists of new recruits and toll of casualties can run into the millions in a single day. It would be unfeasible trying to put an exact number on the strength of the Guard; however, it is believed that there must be many billions of Guardsmen, divided into millions of regiments. This absolute numeracy provides the Guard with its main power; their ability to deploy in superior numbers that, eventually, result in victory. Attacking in seemingly endless influxes across battle-zones, charging forth under the cover of massive barrages and delivering massed Lasgun volleys, in the Guard the individual Human soldier may appear a lost thing, almost forgotten. Yet the actions of these anonymous soldiers daily decide the fate of worlds. In times of crisis, the Imperial Guard will call upon their deadliest of soldiers, whether they are the Imperium's famed Storm Troopers or the regimental elite Kasrkin and Grenadiers. Commissars are officers of the frontline who maintain discipline within their ranks with inspiring words or... a bolter to the head. Contents: 1x Commissar Miniature armed with a bolt pistol and can be built with either a chainsword or a power sword 1x Citadel 28.5mm Round Base Please Note: Miniature is supplied unpainted and some assembly will be required.

Warhammer: 40K - Blood Angels Dice Set

Warhammer 40,000, a captivating sci-fi tabletop game by Games Workshop, immerses players in a sprawling universe of eternal war. Set in the 41st millennium, this epic saga transports you to a future where the galaxy is a grim and brutal battlefield. Across the vast expanse of the cosmos, ancient races clash, and sinister forces vie for supremacy. Will you align with the mighty Space Marines, the stalwart Astra Militarum, or the insidious forces of Chaos? From Xenos races like the Eldar and Orks to the inscrutable Necrons and Tyranids, the choices are as diverse as they are deadly. Prepare for epic clashes, tactical warfare, and a narrative-driven experience that will push your strategic acumen to its limits. Enter the darkness, and decide the fate of the 41st millennium. Blood Angels were the ninth Legion to be formed from the original twenty Space Marine Legions created by the Emperor. They proudly served under their Primarch, Sanguinius, before his death, and are particularly well known for their bloodthirsty nature in battle. Being one of the oldest and most long-lived chapters, the Sons of Sanguinius have developed their own refined aesthetic that differs from the standard Marine appearance. The Blood Angel geed-seed is still capable of producing all nineteen organ implants required for the transformation of a normal man into a Space Marine. It also has a unique quirk of vastly extending the lifespan of the Space Marines in its gene-line, allowing Marines to live for more than a millennium. Though this geed-seed appears to therefore be superior it has a hidden, dreadful flaw, making the battle-brothers of the Blood Angels susceptible to the Black Rage and the Red Thirst. The Black Rage occurs when a Blood Angel succumbs to the psychic imprint left by Sanguinius's death and is driven into insanity. The second genetic flaw, the Red Thirst, causes warriors to suffer an unnatural bloodlust, instilling them with a savage thirst for the blood of their enemies. To allow battle-brothers now affected by these genetic flaws to continue their service they are formed into a unique unit known as the Death Company. Six-sided dice featuring the Insignia of the Blood Angels Chapter on the six sides of the dice. Contents: 16x Dice with Blood Angles theme (16mm x 16mm x 16mm) Please Note: Printed material is provided in English. One Warhammer 40,000: Blood Angels Dice Set is supplied.
