Pre-Order Policy for Collecteebles
1. Definition of Pre-Order:
- A pre-order is a purchase made for an item that is not yet available for immediate delivery/pickup but will be released or restocked at a later date.
2. Placing a Pre-Order:
- Customers can place pre-orders for items on the Collecteebles website or in-store by paying the full price of the item at the time of placing the order.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- If a customer wishes to cancel a pre-order, they must do so via email or using the contact page. Please include your name and order number. Please note, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Refund Process:
- Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
- The refund amount will be the total paid minus the 10% cancellation fee.
5. Communication with Customers:
- Collecteebles will notify customers via email about the status of their pre-orders, including any delays in release or restocking dates.
6. Availability Guarantee:
- While Collecteebles strives to fulfill all pre-orders, on time, there may be instances where an item becomes delayed due to distribution, courier or logistical errors.
7. Modification of Pre-Orders:
- Customers can modify their pre-orders (e.g., change quantity) within 48 hours of placing the order without incurring any additional fees.
8. Terms and Conditions Acceptance:
- By placing a pre-order with Collecteebles, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
