Pre order policy

• A pre-order is a purchase made for an item that is not yet available for immediate delivery/pickup but will be released or restocked at a later date.

• Customers can place pre-orders for items on the Collecteebles website or in-store by paying the full price of the item at the time of placing the order. If your order contains both in stock and pre order items, your order won't be dispatched until all items are available

• If a customer wishes to cancel a pre-order, they must do so via email or using the contact page. Please include your name and order number. Please note, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
• The refund amount will be the total paid minus the 10% cancellation fee.

• Collecteebles will notify customers via email about the status of their pre-orders, including any delays in release or restocking dates.

• While Collecteebles strives to fulfill all pre-orders, on time, there may be instances where an item becomes delayed due to distribution, courier or logistical errors.

• By placing a pre-order with Collecteebles, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
